Wheelock is an unincorporated community in Robertson County, Texas, United States. It is located 15 miles northeast of Bryan and 11 miles southeast of Franklin. Wheelock is on Farm Road 391. It is part of the Bryan–College Station Metropolitan Statistical Area. Wheelock's elevation is 436 feet (133 m), and it is located at 30°53′52″N 96°23′24″W / 30.89778°N 96.39°W / 30.89778; -96.39 (30.8976902, -96.3899639).

What is utilities law?
