Dysart is a small town located in Dean Township, Cambria County, Pennsylvania. It lies along the railroad that runs parallel to the Clearfield Creek between Ashville and Frugality. The town originated around the extraction of timber and when it was exhausted, bituminous coal. It was probably named after a man involved in financing those operations. What is utilities law?

Public utilities provide electric, gas, water or telephone service to customers in a specified area.
