Troupsburg is a town in Steuben County, New York, United States. The population was 1,126 at the 2000 census. The town is named after Robert Troup, an agent of the Pulteney Estate. The Town of Troupsburg is on the southern border of Steuben county, south of Hornell, New York.

What is utilities law?
