Spillville is a city in Winneshiek County, Iowa, United States. The population was 386 at the 2000 census. It is located in Calmar Township, about 4 mi (7 km) west of Calmar and about 12 miles (19 km) southwest of Decorah, the county seat.

What is utilities law?

Public utilities provide electric, gas, water or telephone service to customers in a specified area.
