Hoyleton is a village in Washington County, Illinois, United States. The population was 520 at the 2000 census. It is the home town of former Montréal Expos and San Francisco Giants left-handed pitcher Kirk Rueter.

What is utilities law?

Public utilities provide electric, gas, water or telephone service to customers in a specified area.
