Attorneys who practice transportation law represent individuals and businesses in cases involving most aspects of travel and commerce on the ground, in the air, and on the water -- including regulation of private and commercial vehicles, aircraft, and vessels; compliance with transportation safety standards; and oversight of commercial freight shipment activity.
