92 F3d 1177 Collier Freeman

92 F.3d 1177

Eric Erwin COLLIER, Plaintiff-Appellant,
Franklin E. FREEMAN, Secretary, North Carolina Department of
Corrections, Defendant-Appellee.

No. 95-7208.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: February 27, 1996.
Decided: August 2, 1996.

Eric Erwin Collier, Appellant Pro Se.

Before WILKINS and NIEMEYER, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER, Senior Circuit Judge.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellant appeals from the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1988) complaint. We have reviewed the record and the district court's opinion and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Collier v. Freeman, No. CA-94-983-5-CT-H (E.D.N.C. July 11, 1995). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
