61 F3d 901 United States v. Shafer

61 F.3d 901

UNITED STATES of America, Plaintiff-Appellee,
v.
Danny Ray SHAFER; Claude Delmus Shafer, Defendants-Appellants.

No. 95-6167.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: June 22, 1995.
Decided: July 26, 1995.

NOTICE: Fourth Circuit Local Rule 36(c) states that citation of unpublished dispositions is disfavored except for establishing res judicata, estoppel, or the law of the case and requires service of copies of cited unpublished dispositions of the Fourth Circuit.

Danny Ray Shafer, Claude Delmus Shafer, Appellants Pro Se. Stephen Urban Baer, Charlottesville, VA, for Appellee.

Before HALL, MURNAGHAN, and LUTTIG, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Appellants appeal from the district court's orders denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 (1988), and denying his motion to reconsider denial of relief under 28 U.S.C. Sec. 2255 (1988). We have reviewed the district court's orders and opinions, and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. United States v. Shafer, Nos. CA-94-755-R; CR-92-70112 (W.D.Va. Nov. 29, 1994). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
